Software delivery is now carried out by specialised partners. Together with the client, PERCEL defines the right route and brings technology, requirements and the delivery team together.
IT and software development have become increasingly specialised. A sound result therefore starts with choosing the right technology for the task – and then involving a team with real experience in exactly that field. Not every problem needs the same architecture, technology stack or form of delivery.
PERCEL structures the assignment and interfaces, checks compatibility and keeps the technical contributions, overall objective and later operation connected. Our own operational software background remains the basis for assessing decisions, proposals and technical quality independently.

Seventeen years of software history translated into a steerable transformation programme
For an international industrial group, an established service platform was reconstructed technically and functionally. This produced 16 workstreams, five approval gates and concepts for migration, security, operation, handover and responsible AI.
