This website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Edmund-von-Lippmann-Straße 13–15, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary log data, in particular the IP address, time of access, requested address, amount of data transferred, referrer, browser and operating system.

This processing supports secure and stable website operation and the detection of technical faults and attacks. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. According to the provider, the IP address is anonymised after 24 hours and log data are deleted after no more than seven days. The provider acts under a data processing agreement pursuant to Article 28 GDPR.

If you contact us through the form, by email or by telephone, we process the information you provide to handle the enquiry and any follow-up questions. Name, email address, reason for contact and message are required in the form; organisation and telephone number are voluntary.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication concerns steps before entering into a contract or performance of a contract. Otherwise, processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Confirming the privacy notice records that you have read it; it is not consent to advertising.

The form forwards the information to PERCEL by email. The form content is not stored in a website database. The message is, however, stored in the business email system and possibly in its backups. Please do not send special categories of personal data or confidential documents in the first contact.

The information is deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention duties, the establishment or defence of legal claims or another legitimate documentation interest requires longer retention.

For support requests, we also collect the company, affected application, request type and subject and, for issues, the impact, affected users and environment. Phone number and time of onset are optional. Support requests use the same email delivery process; a reference number helps us identify the request.

When the contact form is submitted, the technically necessary session identifier “percel_contact” is set. It limits repeated submissions within a short period and is deleted when the browser is closed. It is not used for analytics, profiling or marketing. Storage is necessary for the form function expressly requested by the user under Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG; related processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in protecting the form against misuse.

The website uses no analytics, marketing, social-media or tracking services and does not load fonts, maps, videos or images from external platforms. No consent-based cookies are set during a normal visit. External websites receive data only if you follow an external link. No automated decision-making, including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR, takes place.

Illustrative AI-generated images carry an “AI” marker. Hovering over, focusing or tapping the round marker opens a short explanation. The marker only explains the image origin and involves no tracking or personal evaluation. Further information is available in the legal notice under “Image information”.

Personal data are available only to responsible people within PERCEL and technically necessary service providers. Data are not transferred outside the European Union or European Economic Area through this website, unless this is necessary in an individual case to deal with an enquiry you initiated and the legal requirements are met.

The website is delivered over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, manipulation and unauthorised access.

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, email kontakt@percel.de.

Where we process personal data on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR.
